LENE : Pretty Young Thing

Oh sure, Tina Cousins may have been cavorting on a beach with a sexy young 20-something South African guy in her clip for the same song two years later (and in our humble opinion, we still reckon Tina’s remains the better version), but former Aqua lead-singer Lene wins the prize hands-down for the cleverest video. This was Lene’s second solo single following Aqua’s split in 2001 and features her stepping through a series of deliciously colourful magazine covers, complete with outfit changes, awesome props and perfectly executed animation. It’s one heck of a clever and most eye-catching pOp clip – we’re sure you’ll agree.
