It has to be Cyndi Lauper’s ‘Bring Ya To The Brink’. Not only 2008’s best pop release, but also 2008’s most overlooked album. The album the reigning Queen & Princess of pop should have come out with, and with a bit more backing from her label, ‘BYTTB’ could definitely have made it’s mark on the world. This has proven the 55 year olds can still hold their own with the younger set. Well dony, Cyn. Your album is on high rotation in my house at least!
Phil says
