A few weeks ago, we gave you the opportunity to nominate for those albums you thought deserved a nod for ‘pOp album of the year’. You chose one, sometimes two albums, you chose multiple albums, some people nominated the same multiple albums. But ultimately, it was clear to us who you’d like the chance to vote on. So from the responses we received, we’ve compiled the top 16 you think should be up for the vote (all these albums got nominated three times or more) and you can now go hell-for-leather voting on these ’til Christmas night (December 25, 2008) when we’ll close it off and announce the ‘pOp album of the year’ as voted by YOU!
So get voting! The nominees (in alphabetical order) are ready to vote on now over in that right hand column!

I am voting for Mariah Carey’s E=MC2 its such an amazing album its cool it has it all from balads to dance club songs from the funny touch my body to the poppy OOC song to the great summer song of I’ll Be Loving you long time this album is just the beginning of a string of hits for the fantatic artist that Mariah Carey is… it is awaiting the new new album wanting more songs from the diva and more from this # 1 artist !! I Hope she does win Pop Album of the year as she truly deserves it !!
