* The 2009 Brit Awards, to be held at Earls Court in London on February 18, will be telecast on Pay TV in Australia. To be co-hosted by our own Kylie Minogue, the awards ceremony will be broadcast on Channel [V] on Thursday February 26 from 7:30pm.
* Britain has officially become the latest country to fall in love with US singer Lady Gaga, with the singer’s debut single ‘Just Dance’ notching up it’s third week in the UK No.1 position this week. The single also remains at the top of the US Billboard singles chart after three weeks.
* Take That have revealed that the second single from their album ‘The Circus’ will be the folky Mark Owen-fronted track ‘Up All Night’. A video for the single will debut in the coming weeks.
* And Sony Music superstar Leona Lewis will see an album of her previously recorded material entitled ‘Best Kept Secret’ released in the US tomorrow. The album contains eleven tracks that she recorded before appearing on Britain’s X Factor. The previously unavailable album has been called an ‘undiscovered gem’. Artwork for the album is below.
