We’ve heard a couple of the tracks from Evermore’s forthcoming album ‘Truth Of The World’. So good and so full were the tracks that we were pOpping with excitement as to what the rest of the album contained. We hear the album is a sonic journey from start to finish, with each track seamlessly connected to each other and we reckon that the new album, due in the stores on March 20, will take the band closer to total world domination. So the clip for the first single proper from their new album is here – and once again, it sees the wall of television sets (a feature of their forthcoming live shows), but this time they’re accompanied by a bevy of uniform-clad dancers performing a series of totally clever maneuvers on the floor, in much the same way Feist’s dancers did in the ‘1,2,3,4’ clip. Still, it’s incredibly effective. ‘Hey Boys And Girls’ debuted at No.51 on the Australian airplay charts last week, but we reckon you’ll be hearing a lot more of the song and indeed the band over the forthcoming ten months and beyond. Very, very exciting pOp.
