We don’t know that little Lady Gaga does much these days apart from making music videos. Was it just last week when were were looking at the clip for her Aussie single ‘Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)’? ‘Cause this week, she’s unveiled the clip to another single ‘LoveGame’ – it’ll be released as the third single in both the US and in Europe. And after a slight mis-step with ‘Eh Eh’, she’s back on form with this single, with it’s pulsating beat, electro groove – and with the clip. And what she did for television-enhanced eyewear, she’s now doing for the mesh fencing industry, turning a fence into a pair of new-fandangled specs. There are no less than two strategically placed bottles of Campari throughout the clip, suggesting that it may very well be La Gaga’s favourite tipple, there’s a fabulous pair of Chanel heels and we’ve never seen this kind of choreography going on on our public trains recently. Perhaps she might just start a trend. With ‘LoveGame’, in one foul three minute and 44 second swoop, Lady Gaga has redeemed herself for the current single and has proved that she is indeed an artist to watch very, very carefully. Class.
