Aussie artist Shea Fisher hails from a small country town in Western Victoria and during a stint living in the US with her family, she fell in love with country music. Releasing her last album ‘Everyday Girl’ through ABC/Warner Music in 2007, the songstress has decided to tone down the twang to her music ever so slightly with this, her new single. The song and it’s accompanying clip could almost be ripped straight from the halls of a teen Disney movie, with it’s sunny cheerleader disposition. It’s an alluring blend of country and pOp that we’ll call ‘pUntry’ for the sake of argument. The single’s lifted from the singer’s new album ‘Shea’, due in stores on March 20.

Hey there pomzy!
No word on a local release for Gaga’s Cherrytree sessions yet.
Universal did, however, release Robyn’s Cherrytree sessions digitally recently, so it may happen – just not on the schedule yet.
The auspOp team.
