LOST VALENTINOS : Serio

Psychedelic Sydney outfit Lost Valentinos are ready to take on the world – or the Australian music charts at very least – with their new single ‘Serio’. A physical CD single of the new track will be sent into stores through EtcEtc/Universal Music on March 27, but to tease and tantalise your senses, the band has uploaded it’s new video exclusively to Myspace so you can have a little gander before parting with your hard earned. After a solid 25 seconds of merely falling, the band (the members of which have strange animal names like ‘Jaguar’, ‘Condor’ and ‘Coyote’) begins to make their way through a muddy field, wading in waterholes and collectively waling at the camera. And you know something? It works. It works very well. And if amazing Australian outfits like Empire Of The Sun can claim chart placings at home and abroad, then there’s seriously no reason why the Lost Valentinos boys can’t do the same.
