* Central Station Records has this morning taken the latest September single ‘Until I Die’ out to Australian radio. The single is the third released by Central Station after picking up the September project two years ago.
* Also at Australian radio today is ‘Painless’, the new single from local duo Dash & Will. It’s the second single to be lifted from their forthcoming album ‘Up In Something’.
* Perth’s One Movement music conference in October looks like being the place to be, with countless big name guests now confirmed to be heading to the West Australian capital. Along with some of the most influential behind the scenes names in the music business, some of the biggest names in popular music will also take to the stage as part of the music festival. Already confirmed are Frankmusik, Sarah Blasko, Whitley, Miami Horror, Infusion and many more.
* Congratulations must go to Aboriginal hip-hoppers Street Warriors on picking up a nomination in the ‘Single Of The Year’ category in this year’s Deadly Awards. They were nominated for their collaboration with Shannon Noll on their cover of the Goanna classic ‘Solid Rock’. Voting is now open.
* And just a few more tracks taken to local radio today include the new Panic At The Disco single ‘New Perspective’, lifted from the soundtrack of the forthcoming movie ‘Jennifer’s Body’ and ‘Someday’ (below) – the second single from ‘Rob Thomas’ latest album ‘Cradlesong’.
