JEREMY JORDAN : The Right Kind Of Love
Back in 1992 when Beverley Hills 90210 was at the peak of it’s powers, a young 19 year old singer from Illinois burst onto the music scene with his debut single – ‘The Right Kind Of Love’. With the Robbie Nevil co-penned hit, Jeremy Jordan became an overnight sensation and scored himself a top ten chart placing here in Australia in the process. But one single (‘Wannagirl’) later and his debut album later and the dream was all but over. But the clip for ‘The Right Kind Of Love’ takes us back to a time when life was a little less intense – when the simple white t-shirt was the must-have in any fashion wardrobe, when jeans were high-waisted, before girls had really discovered eyebrow shaping and before the word ‘chambray’ had become a dirty one. Interestingly, Jeremy is still recording and performing – as part of the ‘Jeremy Jordan Band’, though his music is a little less pop these days. Check out the band’s OFFICIAL MYSPACE and the video for charity single ‘Forgotten People’ released in April this year (HERE).
