This must have been an extraordinarily difficult video for the four remaining members of Boyzone to film. The first since the death last year of band member Stephen Gately, the track is the first to be lifted from the band’s forthcoming new album, reportedly titled ‘Brothers’ and features Gately sharing lead vocals with Ronan Keating.
And the video is incredibly touching, shot entirely in black and white save for the solitary red chair, respectfully reserved for Stephen. Some of the boys are moved to tears as they attempt to write letters to their fallen ‘brother’. It’s a song (and a video) that will reach out to a pop public still in mourning over the loss of one of their favourite sons.

I can see this at LEAST being a UK and Irish #1…. I doubt Universal Australia have the intelligence to know how to market this to radio, let alone the public…which is a great shame….when are they going to learn that POP is back.
