DELTA GOODREM : I Don’t Care
Once upon a time there was a manager who signed a budding young songstress called Delta Goodrem and wanted to turn her in to Australia’s answer to Britney Spears. He went to some producer mates and they recorded beautiful music together. This was the one of the songs that came as a result of those sessions – the very uninspired ‘I Don’t Care’. Predictably, it didn’t set the charts on fire (not even troubling the top 50), but a short time later, she’d release ‘Born To Try’ and the rest is history. A lucky few Goodrem fans still have copies of the CD single of ‘I Don’t Care’ and they’re worth a pretty penny (two are currently up for grabs on eBay HERE).
Give us anything from the ‘Innocent Eyes’ album anyday.

I remember when they used to play this on video hits, and I thought “this song is a total flop. this girl’s never going to have a career”. Well; I was half right.
If I was smart I’d have scoured the discount bins for copies after they announces she was going to be on “Neighbors” – I could have made a lot of money….

I sold my copy last year, didn’t end up getting much for it (I think it was like $60).
