Okay this is getting kinda ridiculous. Firstly, teen superstar Justin Bieber was scheduled to make his forthcoming Sydney instore appearance at Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown on April 25.
Then, when it became clear that the buzz surrounding JB’s visit was getting a little too loud, organisers moved it into Martin Place in the city to co-incide with his appearance on Channel 7’s ‘Sunrise’ on April 26.
But just moments ago, Universal Music announced that things have changed AGAIN – and presumably this will be for the third and final time.
The date remains the same – Monday April 26 – the Monday public holiday. BUT the venue is now the forecourt to the Overseas Passenger Terminal down in Circular Quay from 6am.
Understandably, this will be a huge event and Justin is expected to perform three tracks from his new album ‘My Worlds’, including his hit single ‘Baby’. He’ll then stay on for a very limited time to sign copies of the disc.
Who knows – perhaps things will change again next Friday, but we highly doubt it.
We have a feeling this is going to be massive, so if you’re heading down, take earplugs.
