Well this is it – now less than one week to go before it all begins. The 2010 Eurovision Song Contest kicks off in Norway’s capital Oslo next Tuesday, with two semi finals and a grand final played out in from of a mammoth European audience to determine who will win the most sought after music prize in Europe.
Israel will compete in the second semi-final on May 27.
ISRAEL : Harel Skaat – Milim
If looks count for anything, the Israeli entry for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest would be running off with the ultimate prize. In fact, 28 year old Harel Skaat’s entry ‘Milim’ (‘Words’) is one of the favourites to take out the competition this year, along with Germany and Azerbaijan. ‘Milim’ is a passionate, heartfelt ballad which benefits from some pretty amazing vocals from Skaat and a key change that’s used to maximum effect. A strong chance.
