* Universal Music has serviced the brand new N.E.R.D. single to Australian radio. ‘Hot-N-Fun’ features the guest vocals of Nelly Furtado and is the first single to be lifted from the band’s new album ‘Nothing’, due at retail on July 02.
* Apart from N.E.R.D. and the new Robyn single, which we revealed over the weekend, other tracks taken to radio this week include the Mary J Blige and Vanessa Amorosi duet ‘Each Tear’, the new B.o.B. single ‘Airplanes’ and Plan B’s ‘She Said’.
* On the digital release side of things this Friday, look for Cheryl Cole’s ‘Fight For This Love’, Cascada’s ‘Pyromania’, Shakira’s ‘Waka Waka’ and Christina Aguilera’s ‘Not Myself Tonight’ digital singles.
* Aussie producer Maik Hempel has been awarded the runner-up prize in Moby’s ‘Wait For Me’ video competition. Of his entry, Maik says, “To be able to make a video for Moby is a nice way to salute him for the deliciousness his music has brought to my ears over the years.” See his amazing entry HERE.
* Fans of Brian McFadden will be thrilled with the launch of the brand new fansite Brian Daily. Run by the same people who bring you Delta Daily, the site went live just yesterday. Check it out HERE.
* And in the UK, local outfit Roll Deep has scored themselves a No.1 hit with their single ‘Good Times’. Usher debuts in the No.2 spot with ‘OMG’, Professor Green debuts at No.6 with ‘I Need You Tonight’ and Timbaland pops in at No.8 with ‘Carry Out’.
* And on the British album chart, Plan B is back in the hot spot, with Usher scoring a No.2 hit with ‘Raymond V Raymond’. Glee’s ‘The Power Of Madonna’ EP debuted at four.

Given it’s extraordinary success on the UK charts this week, we assume it won’t be long before Virgin/EMI goes out with it for a local release, much the same as they did with Tinie Tempah’s ‘Pass Out’.
