* With the countdown to Brandon Flowers’ solo career entering it’s final few months, his band The Killers have revealed their brand new fanclub ‘The Victims’. The full membership costs $25 and comes with all sorts of goodies, including a ‘Victims’ t-shirt. Check HERE.
* An exhibition will be launched in Sydney next month, that features photos of this year’s Bacardi Express – the train that made it’s way from Brisbane to Sydney in March this year with a swag of great Aussie music artists on board. Sydneysiders can catch the gallery at Doctor Pongs in Darlinghurst, Tuesdays to Sundays (evenings) throughout July.

* Alexandra Burke is on her way back to London after her whirlwind Aussie promotional tour. She impressed many within the industry whilst she was here with her good humour and down to earth demeanour.
* Aussie outfit Diafrix have announced shows in both Sydney and Melbourne. The band will take time out from the studio, where they’re currently recording new material, to do it for the kids live on June 26 at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel and on July 9 at the Oxford Arts Factory in Sydney.
* Applications are open on Monday for musical performers for the 2010 Peats Ridge Festival in December. This years festival returns to the stunning Glenworth Valley in New South Wales from December 29. Head to www.peatsridgefestival.com.au for all the goss.
* In the US, Usher maintains his hold on the Billboard single charts with his hit ‘OMG’. But Katy Perry and her ‘California Gurls’ are rising fast – up to No.2 this week. Great news for La Roux though – their hit ‘Bulletproof’ is a US top ten hit – at No.8.
* And on the US album chart, it’s still Glee holding court. But the Stone Temple Pilots eponymous album debuts at No.2.
