Chicane’s come up with some pretty impressive dance music over the years – his collaborations with Maire Brennan (‘Saltwater’) and Bryan Adams (‘Don’t Give Up’) remain dance classics.
More recently he’s teamed up with Tom Jones for the ace ‘Stoned In Love’ and Natasha Bedingfield for the incredible ‘Bruised Water’ – a cracking mash-up between her hit ‘I Bruise Easily’ and his ‘Saltwater’.
But now Chicane is about to do it all over again, this time with Owl City’s Adam Young and the single ‘Middledistancerunner’, the video for which you’ll find below. It’s another fine dance tune, with an echoey, almost dream-like quality to it.
The album is called ‘Giants’, and though it was released in Britain on Monday, we’ll have it in-stores locally on Friday August 27.
