ULTIMATE KAOS : Casanova
Gosh ‘Casanova’ was a cracking piece of pop in its time. The year was 1997. Simon Cowell had five years earlier crafted a group called ‘Chaos’ from five boys, the youngest of whom was just nine years of age. With the addition of the ‘Ultimate’ and the replacing of the ‘Ch’ with a ‘K’, the boys slowly began to get themselves known in the circles of pop, reaching No.9 in the UK with their 1994 single ‘Some Girls’. But it was their cover version of LeVert’s 1987 top five US hit that struck a chord with us, despite the fact the boys were all still in their early teens and were singing about girls being their ‘wife’.
