KATE CEBERANO, JOHN FARNHAM, JON STEVENS – Everything’s Alright
Three of Australia’s biggest singing talents teamed up for this 1992 version of the track from the 1971 Tim Rice/Andrew Lloyd Webber musical ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’. Kate Ceberano, John Farnham and Jon Stevens shared the stage in the Aussie production, along with Angry Anderson and John Waters, but it was the aforementioned trio who hit the top ten with ‘Everything’s Alright’. There must have been a critical candle shortage in Australia at the time, if the clip’s anything to go by, with Kate sauntering her way through a room that might go up in smoke at any moment.
From Kate’s delicate soulful vocals, we rock out for a little while with Jon Stevens, and there’s John Farnham’s power-vocals – and they all work so incredibly well together. It’s hard to believe this is now 18 years old.

Hey Anonymous,
Sadly we have no acapella version of this track – perhaps someone else reading this may be able to help you…?
