Some of the Sunday newspapers revealed selected details of this tour over the weekend, but Michael Coppel has now confirmed that Barbadian songstress Rihanna will tour Australia early next year on her global ‘Last Girl On Earth’ tour. And it promises to be a glittering affair, with the full two hour production headed our way, complete with set changes, full band, dancers, acrobats and spectacular outfits.
The singer’s currently enjoying her time atop the ARIA singles chart with a little help from Eminem and his single ‘Love The Way You Lie’.
The tour kicks off in Brisbane on February 25 before moving through Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
Tickets for all six dates are on sale on Friday August 20.
February 25 : Brisbane (Entertainment Centre)
February 28 : Newcastle (Entertainment Centre)
March 04 : Sydney (Acer Arena)
March 07 : Melbourne (Rod Laver Arena)
March 10 : Adelaide (Entertainment Centre)
March 12 : Perth (Burswood Dome)

Hey Brad,
There’s no confirmation on supports locally at this stage. It’s still a fair way away…

Will Ke$ha be the support act just like she was for the North American leg of the tour, or will it be different for Australia?
