Get your diary out and mark the following dates in it – ’cause they’re when you’ll have to take the day off work to take full advantage of the sunshine and the stellar line-up of artists we’ve been promised for the 2011 Future Music Festivals around the country.
Organisers have today teased us with the promise of “a selection of the world’s finest Bands and DJs”, “more bright lights and neon action than Vegas” and “another dazzling roll of the electric loaded dice.”
And while the line-up won’t be announced until next Thursday, October 14, Future Music has today revealed that tickets for the 2011 events will go on sale at 9am on Thursday October 28.
So roll up, roll up… To one of the following;
March 05 : Brisbane
March 06 : Perth
March 12 : Sydney
March 13 : Melbourne
March 14 : Adelaide

Hey Tom,
No, there’s no sign of it on the horizon. It might have been a case of ‘back to the drawing board’ with them after all the singles from it failed to impact on the charts.

Hey auspOp team,
Just a question: have you heard anything about the Rogue Traders’ new album? It seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, and the band’s not talking about it or when it might be released….
