In much the same way Cee-Lo Green did in pre-empting the video release for his global smash ‘Fuck You’, Taio Cruz has capitalised on the virtually instant popularity of his Kylie Minogue-featurin’ single ‘Higher’ by popping out a lyric video for it, before the video proper drops in the weeks ahead. And what better excuse do we need to post it?
Dance/pop of the ilk that’s currently ruling Australian airwaves, Australia’s own pop princess on guest vocals – why the hell isn’t this already on our local iTunes store? UMA!? In the words of Kath Day Knight… Get it out there toot suite, ploise.

Well, i can not believe that we have to wait till January 16 for this. What is with record labels releasing singles well over 5 weeks. We shouldn’t have to wait that long considering leaks of the songs. People get over the songs by the time the song is officially released! I really do feel sorry for Kylie as GOOMY is an amazing track & i thought it would have done very well for her but sadly no.

Completely agree!
So frustrating because it is doing well on radio and the original version is available in iTunes, so if people hear it and like it, they will buy that.
Great song and good move on Kylie’s part – seems like the only way Oz radio will play her!
