We mentioned a few weeks ago about the return to the Australian pop scene of Kate Alexa. Armed with her cheeky new single ‘Infatuation’, the singer is already starting to get a little bit of attention in the UK. ‘Infatuation’ is making itself known on the British club chart, armed with a swag of remixes from the likes of Almighty and Wawa.
She’s also signed management in the UK in an attempt to crack ol’ Blighty with her new tunes.
The video has finally dropped too – and sees the poppet heading into a tattoo parlour to get herself a little bit of colour. From the window, she begins making up all sorts of little stories in her mind about the passing foot traffic. But what’s real and what’s not? Check it and see. It’s a curious little tune. We’re not sure whether we like it or not yet, or whether it’ll grow on us after another dozen listens.
‘Infatuation’ hits iTunes on February 15.
