US folk songstress Lissie, who’ll hit the road alongside Aussie singer songwriter Washington later this month for a co-headlining tour, has announced today that she’ll do some solo headline shows, tacked onto the end of the Washington tour.
She belatedly released her debut album ‘Catching A Tiger’ here in Australia late last year to critical acclaim and though the LP hasn’t hit the top 50 locally, the singer’s Aussie story seems far from over.
Lissie will perform in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, kicking off in the West Australian capital on Saturday May 14.
Tickets for all shows are on sale this Thursday.
May 14 : Fremantle (Fly By Night)
May 16 : Brisbane (The Zoo)
May 17 : Sydney (Oxford Art Factory)
May 19 : Melbourne (Northcote Social Club)
