They’ve kept this one under lock and key… The official cover image for Faker’s new single ‘Dangerous’ has been unveiled today.
The track is the band’s first new material in three years and will be officially released on Monday.
Lead singer Nathan Hudson explained what the image is all about.
“For Dangerous, we found ourselves traveling to Melbourne and having a friend paint something on a wall for us,” he said in a statement. “A gent by the name of James Reka painted some figures there that we’d found from a 1930’s fitness manual. These characters, which appear a little menacing at first, are affectionately known as the Dangerous Twins. They might be Nic and I, or they might not,” he teased.
Meanwhile, Faker is streaming remixes of the new single over on their Soundcloud page (below) and will treat fans to even more new material when they play three shows from later this month (dates below).
