The gang from EMI Australia has today revealed their new digs on the south side of Sydney harbour. After living it up in their Cremorne offices for the past 24 years, EMI has now officially made the move to Surry Hills, unveiling a spectacular new office where music and art appear to gel rather brilliantly.
Revealed today, the EMI Art Project will see the company’s Flinders Street windows refreshed with new art installations every six week (or so), with local artists invited to make submissions to have their work displayed (HERE).
Not only that, but within its walls, EMI will continue developing local artists, as well as delivering to Australian fans the very best from its extensive catalogue from both here and overseas.
We wish the EMI Australia team every success in its new home.
