UK boyband The Wanted hit the mark right off the bat with their debut single ‘All Time Low’. It slammed into the UK No.1 position last year and gave the lads the perfect springboard to future success.
Their new single ‘Glad You Came’ has been notching up similar success in the UK in recent weeks, so far spending two weeks in the UK No.1 spot.
Now it’s Australia’s turn, with Universal Music late today servicing ‘Glad You Came’ (pictured) to Australian radio. It was penned by Steve Mac and Wayne Hector who’ve previously worked with the likes of Britney, Ronan Keating and Westlife and will be getting an Aussie digital release on Friday.
There are also rumours that the lads (Tom, Nathan, Max, Jay and Siva) may be headed to Australia later in the year for a promotional tour.

Very good choice to break out with ‘Glad You Came’ – absolutely love this track. Much better than everything in that first album.
