British singer Leona Lewis will return to Australian radio on Monday with her brand new single ‘Collide’.
There’s been plenty of talk about the new track in recent weeks, especially surrounding the legal dispute between Leona, her label Syco and Swedish producer Avicii, who’d claimed that the bed of the song virtually ripped off his own track ‘Fade Into Darkness’.
Seems like the compromised has been reached – and Avicii’s name now appears on the official single cover (above).
The dance-pop anthem marks a bold new direction for the singer, who’s been better known for her sweeping big-vocalled ballads since winning The X Factor over in the UK almost five years ago.
She’s gone onto sell more than ten million albums across the world.
‘Collide’ hits radio on Monday, with a digital retail release set down for Friday September 09.
