BIG news just in for local Sophie Ellis-Bextor fans, with Shock Records confirming that they’ll release her long-awaited new album ‘Make A Scene’ here in Australia ahead of her forthcoming two show visit.
The album, out in the UK and throughout parts of Europe since early June (it was released in Russia back in April), features the Freemasons produced hit ‘Bittersweet’ along with their other collaboration ‘(Heartbreak) Make Me A Dancer’ and her Armin Van Buuren collaboration ‘Not Giving Up On Love’.
Shock will also digitally release Sophie’s latest single ‘Starlight’ on Friday week (September 23).
And with her shows coming up on October 01 and October 02, ‘Make A Scene’ will finally get a local release on Friday September 30.
October 01 : Melbourne (Greyhound Hotel)
October 02 : Sydney (Home Nightclub)

Hey Anonymous,
Sadly not, unfortunately. Its tracklisting mirrors that from overseas.

Great to have this coming here, but I already bought it from the UK two months ago. Maybe if they add bonus tracks the Oz one I’d consider buying it again. I hate not supporting SEB locally.
