Ok I’m a huge Vanessa fan and I have all her albums, i even imported Change!, and i brought both the Gossip and Amazing singles but I am kinda glad at the prospect of V being delayed and hopefully retooled! I previewed all the songs on iTunes before the link was removed and I gotta say nothing caught my attention. Vanessa has a great rock voice. It was a horrible electro mess!! She needs more of a rock vibe. (Kelly Clarksonesk!) I’d love to see what she would come up with working with producers like Max Martin, Howard Benson or Per Aldeheim. She needs “radio friendly power pop” it might not be “in” like electro but seeing as her electro didn’t exactly set the charts alight I say stick to your talent!! Anyway that’s my opinion! ;)

We tried to find out about Vanessa’s album yesterday, but have yet to hear back from Universal.
The latest info we have is Monday’s new release schedule, which stated November 11.
We’ll update when we know anything more.

So Vanessa’s “V” hasn’t been delayed/shelved?
All the iTunes/Getmusic pre-order links have vanished and JB’s due date now say 27/01/2012, which blows considering you could hear 90 second samples on iTunes so you know the album was “done”.
