The lady behind one of our favourite Aussie pop hits of the past few years has popped up again, this time in vocals mode for Neon Music’s hot new thing ‘Devolution’.
It’s former Sony songstress Amy Pearson, who co-penned Zoë Badwi’s megahit ‘Freefallin’ and who herself had success with singles like ‘Ready To Fly’.
Now she’s teamed up with one half of the Artful Dodger to create a corking good dance/pop track which has already been finding favour over in the UK with thanks to airplay on (among others) BBC’s main station Radio 1.
And despite the fact the track’s been available on the Aussie iTunes store since early September, the track has only been serviced to local media this week.
We’re kinda liking the clip too – where a young couple are video calling each other.
But to say the young lady has a bedroom cupboard full of props at her disposal is an understatement – as the bedroom is transformed from a humble place to sleep to a tempting place to party.
