Sony Music made local fans of British boyband One Direction wait for the best part of a month to get their mitts on the band’s debut single ‘What Makes You Beautiful’, but in news through earlier this evening, those same fans won’t have to wait too long to get their hands on the boys’ debut album ‘Up All Night’ (pictured).
Sony has announced that they will rush-release the album in Australia, so it will be available physically and digitally just days after it’s released in the UK.
There’s plenty of big name producers on board for the long player too – including current US hitmaker Red One, Brian Rawling (previously of Metro fame), Steve Robson and even Richard ‘Biff’ Stannard.
‘What Makes You Beautiful’ debuted at No.15 on this week’s ARIA singles chart; the album ‘Up All Night’ will get an Australian release on Friday November 25.
