Legendary British pop duo Pet Shop Boys have always known how to keep their fans super-happy. They always deliver the goods when it comes to clever packaging, multiple formats and b-sides.
Now they’re about to launch their second collection of b-sides, entitled ‘Format’.
‘Format’ follows on from 1995’s ‘Alternative’, which brought together 30 b-side recordings from throughout a nine year period of the band’s career.
‘Format’ will look at another 38 of the band’s b-sides from ‘The Truck Driver And His Mate’ all the way back in 1996 to ‘Up And Down’ just two years ago.
And we’re thrilled to reveal that EMI has confirmed the local release for the album; currently slated a few days before our pop counterparts in the UK get their mitts on it.
‘Format’ is currently due at retail in Australia on Friday February 03.
