The countdown to British songstress Jessie J’s Aussie tour in on in earnest, with organisers this morning announcing the support acts for the shows, which are now less than two months away.
Joining Jessie on her quintet of dates will be up and coming UK hip hop artist Professor Green, who’s been ripping his homeland charts to shreds recently with his single ‘Read All About It’, featuring the vocals of Emeli Sande.
Also on board is Aussie star DJ du jour Ruby Rose, who’ll attempt to get the crowds pumped by spinning some ‘chunes’.
Australia’s been rather kind to Jessie over the past year or so – we’ve gifted the singer three top ten smashes in ‘Price Tag’, ‘Nobody’s Perfect’ and ‘Domino’ – and there’s bound to be more where they came from in the lead-up to her visit.
Jessie’s Aussie visit kicks off with a show at Brisbane’s Riverstage on March 01
March 01 : Brisbane (Riverstage)
March 05 : Perth (Challenge Stadium)
March 07 : Melbourne (Festival Hall)
March 08 : Sydney (Hordern Pavilion)
March 14 : Adelaide (Entertainment Centre)
