After performing to sell-out crowds around the nation at the end of last year, the boys from Cold Chisel have announced they have plans – well ‘No Plans’ to be precise – their first studio album in 14 long years.
The new LP will drop in April and is packed with 13 new songs, all recorded across 2010 and 2011, including the final recorded performances by drummer Steve Prestwich before his death early last year.
The album includes two tracks the band performed as part of last year’s tour and speaking of live shows, the band has announced two very special launch shows to celebrate the album’s release.
They’ll play Melbourne’s Festival Hall on Thursday April 12 and Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Wednesday April 18, tickets for which are due to go on sale on Monday March 19.
The new album ‘No Plans’ will be released on Friday April 06.
