One of this country’s most iconic outfits are hitting the road in June this year, playing a swag of regional dates as part of their ‘Coast To Coast’ tour.
Kicking off in the gorgeous South Australian town of Hahndorf on June 06, the tour will weave its way around the country, with shows in country Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. So far, however, no dates have been announced in Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT or the Northern Territory.
The band’s Andrew Farriss explains the reasons for the regional tour.
“International commitments have made it difficult to schedule a tour of this intensity to regional Australia before now, but finally the stars have aligned and we are really excited about getting back to the people who have been our core audience since the outset of the band,” he said. “Regional Australia has been going through some tough times over the last year or so dealing with various floods and fires so we are excited to bring our live show to these areas.”
Fans will be treated to a cavalcade of the band’s biggest hits.
Tickets for all shows are on sale this Wednesday, April 04.
