Tickets to Coldplay’s mammoth Mylo Xyloto tour only went on sale less than half an hour ago, but already touring agent Chugg Entertainment has added an extra show in Sydney to cope with the unprecedented demand for tickets.
Chris Martin was glowing in his praise for Australia when the tour was announced two weeks ago.
“We can’t wait to get back to Australia this November,” he said. “It’s such a special place for us. These venues are pretty huge, the Aussie crowds are always incredible and we’ll be bringing everything we’ve got. It’s going to be big.”
Supporting the band for all shows are homegrown success story The Temper Trap, whose self-titled album is released next Friday, and US sister act The Pierces.
