We were told early last month that Canadian electro three piece Dragonette would be releasing their latest single ‘Let It Go’ “everywhere”. Sadly, “everywhere” doesn’t appear to include Australia, where the track is mysteriously absent from our local iTunes store.
No matter though, ’cause the band has just revealed the official video for the track, so we’ll have to make do with plopping this on repeat instead.
Tired of performing mindless experiments on hapless bunny rabbits, an evil conglomerate decides that they must move their testing up to human level, so poor Dragonette is captured and popped into the facility, whereupon they’re strapped up to electrodes which make them move seemingly involuntarily. Thankfully this involuntary movement resembles freestyle dancing – albeit the type that would clear the dancefloor of punters fearing for their lives.
Kinda fun, kinda claustrophobic, kinda not available for us to buy!

Recently switched from UK Spotify to Australian Spotify and my Dragonette song disappeared from my Pop playlist – NOT HAPPY! Why do they do this? I just cannot comprehend.
