Australia’s own boyband Human Nature left our shores for a residency in Las Vegas four years ago and haven’t looked back.
Playing a selection of classic Motown numbers (inspired by their multi-platinum selling ‘Reach Out : The Motown Record’), the boys have captured the hearts and imaginations of audiences across the city – and indeed across the US.
But the Andrew, Mike, Toby and Phil have announced this morning that they’re coming home for Christmas. And to say ‘thankyou’ for their Aussie fans’ loyalty, they’ve revealed four very special live dates in late December.
They’ll play a selection of not only Motown hits, but also come Christmas classics, with band member Andrew clearly chuffed to be coming home.
“We are so excited to come home for Christmas,” he said in a statement. “We are thrilled to be performing some of our favourite Motown and Christmas songs for our fiercely loyal Aussie fans. To be back home and performing with some of the country’s finest symphonies for Australian audiences is a fantastic Christmas present for us!”
The tour sees dates in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne played with symphony orchestras.
Tickets for all dates are on sale tomorrow.
December 17 : Adelaide (Entertainment Centre) – with Adelaide Symphony Orchestra
December 19 : Sydney (State Theatre) – with Philharmonia Australia
