With the singer on our shores for promotional opportunities timed to correspond with her No.1 album ‘The Truth About Love’ and a live performance on Channel 9’s ‘Today Show’, it didn’t take a genius to work out just what Live Nation’s exciting announcement would be this morning.
P!nk will tour Australia in the middle of next year, with Live Nation announcing 12 dates across the country from late June next year.
The visit will kick off with a duo of dates in Perth, followed by multiple shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
American Express pre-sale goes live from Tuesday October 09, with Live Nation pre-sale due on Friday October 12.
General public tickets are on sale from Wednesday October 17.

My friend at the Syd Ent Centre had confirmed 8 dates are currently allocated, there’s space for more after the initial dates as well, although depending on how intense the demand is Allphones arena maybe used as the seating capacity means more people per show. There is likely to be a week or ten day block left open as P!nk and her crew need a break (this happened during the Funhouse tour). All other international dates after Australia are on hold from announcement until Australian dates go on sale.
I actually think this tour may be the first P!nk tour to fall slightly short. It will be the years biggest tour, but since 2009 a lot more acts have made treks to Oz and the touring dollars of punters is being stretched.
Finally, smart move with pricing with all tickets between $100-149.95.

She’ll perform at LEAST quadruple this number – I predict she’ll do over 60 shows here next year and break her own record. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has all of August and most of September blocked out for Australia, too. It’s going to be bedlam trying to get tickets for the initial dates.
