It’s that time of the year for Channel [V] to roll out the red carpet for the 50 fine Aussie acts who’ve been nominated in their annual ‘Oz Artist Of The Year’ award.
Completely fan voted, the awards aim to pit fan group against fan group in a battle for the coveted title of Australia’s favourite artist. Naturally as the award is totally fan voted, there’s bound to be quite the stoush, with 360 aiming to take out the award for the second year in a row.
As always, there’s a wild card entry – this year granted to Gold Coast outfit Nine Sons Of Dan.
Voting is open now via vmusic.com.au, with the top ten announced on November 03, the top four on November 17 and the ultimate winner on December 08.
