We’ve lost count of the number of people asking us about the new Leona Lewis album ‘Glassheart’ and when we might expect to see it at retail locally. We’ve advised people that if they wanted it yesterday, they ought to import it from the UK. But look! Look what’s just popped up on Sony Music’s local release schedule!
Yes indeedy, Leona Lewis’ latest album ‘Glassheart’ will arrive in Australian stores later this month. There’s no mention whatsoever of a digital release of the single ‘Trouble’ (or indeed if it’ll be serviced to Aussie media for airplay consideration), but the album will finally get some Aussie retail love on Friday November 30.

So far the singles i’ve listened to haven’t captured me as much as Echo or Spirit. But maybe i just haven’t listened enough. not too fond of her using the same tune from Spandau Ballet on one of them either. But her voice is still going great.

I’m looking forward to this and I’ve never liked her past work. What I can’t understand is why in this digital age they can’t release singles?

About time. I don’t understand how even after delaying for a year, the whole era is still such a mess though. They should just bypass ‘Trouble’ and release a hit, like ‘Lovebird’ or ‘Glassheart’.
