Looks like the British pop invasion is on in earnest, what with recent releases from Robbie Williams, One Direction, Little Mix, Ellie Goulding and Cher Lloyd along with confirmed forthcoming local releases for latest albums from the likes of Leona Lewis, Olly Murs and, as we announced yesterday, Girls Aloud. Now comes the latest in a string of Brit-pop releases, with the latest confirmation on Universal’s release schedule involving former N-Dubz star, now ‘X Factor’ UK starlet Tulisa.
Though yes, the releases are digital only, Universal will release both Tulisa’s album ‘The Female Boss’ and her next single ‘Sight Of You’ here in Australia.
‘Sight Of You’ comes first, with a confirmed digital EP release on Friday November 23 along with the video.
The album ‘The Female Boss’ will be released in both standard and deluxe digital editions one week later.
Now all we need is the A*M*E single ‘Play The Game Boy’ to drop locally and our pop year will be all but complete.

God only knows how she got the job on X factor. She’s so plain. Her looks, music, voice and everything about her is so average.
