If you haven’t guessed just yet, today we’re all about purging the Christmas stuff, with a number of your favourite pop acts banging out the festive favourites this year.
Enter Karmin. The duo behind one of our favourite pop tracks of 2012 (‘Brokenhearted’) has re-entered the pop fray with a cover of the classic ‘Sleigh Ride’. And they’ve kept things pretty simple here, preferring not to venture too far from the traditional recording, apart from some Amy rap later in proceedings. But we’re loving the visual side of this, as Amy and Nick frolic inside a tastefully themed apartment, resplendent with co-ordinated Christmas tree and a sleigh (not something you often see plonked in someone’s loungeroom, but there you have it).
