Warner Music has this afternoon confirmed that US outfit Paramore will release their new album in early April.
The self-titled set is the band’s first long player since 2009’s ‘Brand New Eyes’ and follows on from the departure of long-time bandmembers Josh and Zac Farro.
The band revealed news about the new album via their website, saying, “The whole making of this album was a rediscovering of ourselves as a band and as friends. It was a process that allowed us the freedom to explore new territory artistically and to liberate ourselves as musicians, singers, as people! Sincerely, we feel that the best way to give it a name is just to call it what it is. This album is us.”
Paramore is on Australian soil early in the new year for the Soundwave Festival, along with a headline show at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre.
The album ‘Paramore’, meanwhile, will be released in Australia on Friday April 05.

I hope I regain my love for them with this album. After Ignorance (which is their best song in my opnion), they kind of lost it for me :/
