Californian outfit Smash Mouth enjoyed a string of chart successes in Australia, from their top ten debut single ‘Walkin On The Sun’ to their Monkees cover ‘I’m A Believer’ and their biggest hit ‘All Star’.
And though they’ve been conspicuously absent from our charts for the past ten years, they’re hoping to change things with the upcoming release of their new album ‘Magic’, due in the middle of February.
It reportedly features a string of feel-good tracks infused with the sun-drenched flavours of the Californian coast, including highlight singles ‘Flippin Out’ and ‘Magic’, as well as the cheeky ‘Justin Bieber’.
To celebrate its release of ‘Magic’, the band has announced a March tour of the Australian East Coast.
The shows will feature tracks from the new album, along with the hits that made the band famous. Tickets are on sale now.
‘Magic’ will drop on Friday February 15.
