Melbourne outfit Evermore is back with a brand new single from their latest album ‘Follow The Sun’. After a busy second half of 2012, which saw them release said album and its title track as the first single, support both Maroon 5 and Matchbox Twenty on their respective tours, as well as tour themselves in support of the album, the start of 2013 was looking a little quiet for the brothers Hume, but voila… they have a new single in ‘Hero’ and a new clip to go with it.
Said clip opens with a rather familiar looking feather (we’re presuming it’s the one used on the cover image, pictured) which sits atop a seat in an empty auditorium where the brothers Hume are playing. Their live performance scenes are intercut with stories of people making big leaps in their lives, both literally and figuratively.
‘Hero’ exudes confidence and inspires one to play the track loud in order to tap its inner goodness. Great tune.
