Looks like Australia’s love affair with US singer songwriter Josh Groban continues unabated. Live Nation has a short time ago announced that the singer’s first show in Sydney, which went on sale this morning, has now completely sold out, prompting them to add an extra Opera House date.
The new date will take place on Wednesday April 24, the night after the original date.
It’s clear our country’s love affair with Josh is entirely reciprocated. “The fans, the venues and the overall beauty of the country make it a destination I look forward to bringing my music to, time and time again,” he said in a statement originally announcing the tour.
Tickets for the new show are on sale now.
