Look out dance lovers… Melbourne DJ James Fraser (aka Stereolove) is back again, and this time he’s resurrected a much loved ’90s dance anthem – again with the song’s original vocalist on board.
After thrilling us with the cover of Koo De Tah’s ’80s classic ‘Too Young For Promises’ with original vocalist Tina Cross, this time he’s roped in the vocal talents of British dance diva Sarah Washington for a retake on her mid-’90s club classic ‘Heaven’.
The EP, released digitally this week, features six versions of the track, including versions by Linn Lovers, Purechild and Paul Goodyear.
Those looking for something a little more stripped back will enjoy the Linn Lovers version, while purists are sure to enjoy the Purechild.
The song’s lost none of its magic after 17 years.
