With their second local single – and the title track from their debut album ‘DNA’ now sliding out of the ARIA top 100, could the third Little Mix single ‘Change Your Life’ be the track to resurrect our interest in the British girl group, who experienced top ten double platinum success down under with their smash ‘Wings’.
It’s a mid-tempo pop tune with an accompanying clip that’s part studio-based sing song, part tour documentary and part advertisement for the set of Little Mix dolls that were released in the UK just before Christmas.
It’s good ol-fashioned British pop, this. Reminiscent of the kind of tunes that the likes of All Saints, Atomic Kitten and the Spice Girls used to release. And that can’t be a bad thing really, now can it?
